Who ships your order
Everything is shipped by us from our own shop in Vallila, Helsinki (Elimäenkatu 2 E, 00510 Helsinki). No warehouses, no middlemen. Every item is a one-off we've picked, checked and measured ourselves.
When we ship
We send your order within 48 hours of payment. You'll get an email with a tracking link once your parcel is on its way.
Heads up: our items are one-offs and are also on the shop floor. Your cart doesn't reserve anything. If an item sells in the shop just before your order, we'll tell you straight away and refund you in full.

Flat price per zone, not by weight. The checkout always shows the final price before you pay. No hidden extras from us. Prices include Finnish VAT.
Delivery times
Once your order is paid, it should be with you:
- Finland: within 5 days
- EU: within 10 days
- Rest of the world: within 15 days
We print our labels through Shipit and choose the carrier that suits your address. In Finland that's usually a pickup point or parcel locker. All parcels to Finland, the Nordics, the Baltics and Europe are tracked.
If something gets stuck, we'll chase it for you.
Customs (outside the EU)
If you order from outside the EU — the UK, Switzerland, Norway, the USA, or anywhere else in the rest of the world — your country may charge customs or import fees and local VAT. Those charges are paid by you (the recipient) and aren't included in our prices.
Lost or damaged parcels
We're responsible for your order until it reaches you. If it gets lost or arrives damaged, message us and we'll sort it out: a refund, or the item again if it still exists. (They're one-offs, so usually a refund.)
Wrong address
Please double-check your address. If a parcel comes back to us because of an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange a resend. The new postage may be charged.
Free pickup in Vallila
Choose Pickup / Nouto at checkout. It's free.

- When: your order is usually ready within 24 hours. We'll email you when it is. Please don't come before you get that email.
- Opening hours: Mon & Fri 16–20 · Sat–Sun 12–16 · Tue–Thu when the sign is out (we post it on social media)
- Bring: your order number or the name on the order (on your phone is fine). No ID needed.
- We'll hold your order until you pick it up.
- Helsingin Kahvipaahtimo coffee is on us while you're here.
